Megan F. DiTolla

Megan F. DiTolla is an attorney licensed to practice law in California. She has performed over a 1,500 Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income hearings across the Western United States and has handled countless other cases at the lower administrative levels. She is admitted to practice law in all district courts of California, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Originally from Amesbury, Massachusetts, Megan received her undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She graduated from California Western School of Law in 2004 and has been practicing Social Security law ever since. Having worked at the nation’s largest Social Security Disability law firm for four years, Megan gained valuable insight as to how the Social Security Administration works.  

As the owner of West Coast Disability Legal Center, Megan’s goal is to combine the skills she honed in a big firm atmosphere with her desire to provide the best in customer service, to make her client’s experience a unique, informative, and successful endeavor. When Megan is not working, she and her husband, Chad, spend the majority of their free time hiking with their trusty Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Pepper and Copper. Megan also loves traveling, homemade Italian food and crime podcasts.
